Kimberly A. Holguin is an accomplished Human Resources and Talent Management executive with more than 25 years of experience across the medical device, health insurance, and consumer business sectors. She brings this depth of business and leadership experience to her coaching practice, helping leaders and teams navigate change, strengthen effectiveness, and create lasting impact.

As a leadership coach, talent executive, and senior HR leader, Kimberly has partnered with leaders and teams in the U.S. and internationally through organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, leadership transitions, and complex change. She has led global transformation, integration, and people strategy initiatives—connecting business strategy with organizational capabilities, leadership, and talent.

Kimberly brings a practitioner's perspective and systemic approach to coaching, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges leaders face during periods of growth and change. Her philosophy is to “coach with backbone and heart,” balancing compassion, empathy, trust, and deep listening with the courage to challenge thinking, uncover new perspectives, and inspire meaningful action.

Kimberly's credentials include Hudson Institute Executive Leadership Coach, ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Master Certified Team Effectiveness Coach, Prosci Change Management Practitioner, Certified Grief & Loss Coach, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She holds a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources Management.
