Holguin is an accomplished Human Resources and Talent Management executive with more than 25 years of experience across the medical device, health insurance, and consumer business sectors. As a leadership coach, talent executive, and senior HR leader, Kimberly has partnered with leaders and teams in the U.S. and internationally through organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, leadership transitions, and complex change. She has led global transformation, integration, and people strategy initiatives—connecting business strategy with organizational capabilities, leadership, and talent.
Kimberly brings a practitioner's perspective and systemic approach to coaching, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges leaders face during periods of growth and change. She holds a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources Management.
